Job Summary:
Our client, a distinguished main contractor with a robust portfolio of public and private sector projects, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Engineer to oversee construction tasks and manage projects based in the North Region. This role requires a hands-on professional who can drive project performance, ensure compliance, and maintain seamless coordination across all project phases.

The Role:

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day site operations and oversee project progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare, update, and monitor detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and support the preparation of payment claims and progress reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control and workplace safety regulations.
- Identify potential technical issues and propose effective solutions to mitigate delays or quality risks.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including method statements, RFIs, and site records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 2–5 years of relevant working experience in a main contractor or construction firm.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building regulations, WSH requirements, and authority submission procedures.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility towards project outcomes.
- Candidates with experience in the North Region or LTA/HDB projects will have an added advantage.
