Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in the comprehensive planning and scheduling of daily site operations.
- Coordinate with external contractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols on site.
- Review engineering designs and technical specifications to ensure constructability and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams to resolve project bottlenecks effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in project management or construction engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or Primavera).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to handle contractor relations.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently under pressure in a remote or site-based location.
