Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute construction projects to achieve overall business objectives
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, plans, and specifications
- Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent project management skills with experience in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for project management and technical analysis
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
