Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure materials and services.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Registered Engineer (PRC license) is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in Bunawan, Davao del Sur.
