Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and oversee all phases of assigned construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and proactively mitigating risks.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards on all project sites.
- Provide expert technical guidance and resolve complex on-site engineering and construction issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments to ensure the highest standard of work.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating with suppliers to optimize costs.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, financial status, and forecasts to senior management.
What We Are Looking For:
- Licensed Civil Engineer (or equivalent) with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer in a construction firm.
- Strong working knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in or travel to project sites in Binangonan, Rizal.
