We are seeking a talented and driven Project Engineer to join our project management team. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of our projects. Your primary responsibilities will center on technical compliance, rigorous material control, and the preparation of critical method statements and work procedures. You will act as a key technical resource on site, liaising between consultants, clients, and the construction workforce to solve problems and keep the project on track.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the receiving, inspection, and utilization of materials on-site to ensure 100% compliance with consultant and client specifications.
- Prepare and review comprehensive method statements, job hazard analyses, and quality assurance plans for all site activities.
- Coordinate daily site operations, including managing subcontractors, equipment, and labor resources.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical queries and site-related issues.
- Track project milestones and prepare detailed progress reports, schedules, and forecasts.
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections and ensure workmanship meets the required standards and building codes.
- Manage the documentation and approval process for technical submittals, including shop drawings, product data, and samples.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a Project Engineer or Site Engineer role within the Malaysian construction industry.
- Deep understanding of construction materials, method statements, and technical specification compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fully fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport, willing to be based in Selangor.
- Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or Graduate Engineer status is a distinct advantage.
