As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and contracts.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and up to date for project closeout.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Licensed Engineer (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in construction or development.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to be assigned in El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental.
