Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all on-site engineering activities for real estate development projects in Tarlac.
- Review and interpret architectural plans, structural designs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and material usage, ensuring alignment with company and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to enforce a strict culture of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, material submittals, and as-built drawings.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate suppliers and manage the delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and engineering conflicts that arise during the construction phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (or equivalent certification) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes applicable in the Philippines.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Willing to be assigned in Tarlac, Central Luzon and conduct field work as needed.
