Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Implement and maintain robust risk management strategies to mitigate potential project issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality protocols, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project documentation and change orders to maintain accurate records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the engineering or infrastructure sector.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams towards common goals.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
