Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate on-site activities and supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control and safety protocols
- Act as primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks to meet deadlines
- Prepare detailed project documentation including reports, plans, and change orders
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of project engineering experience in electrical/construction
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2)
- Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and BIM software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands
