Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project safety and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to management and stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, facilitate collaboration, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
- Evaluate and select materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with successful outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Agile).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, engineering design software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
