Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage engineering projects to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
- Develop detailed project schedules, technical documentation, and progress reports.
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ensure all project activities comply with local safety standards and quality regulations.
- Perform cost estimation, resource allocation, and material procurement for ongoing projects.
- Review engineering designs and provide technical support to field teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
