Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive pre-construction estimates, pricing models, and costed schedules of quantities
- Oversee all project phases to ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and budget adherence
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and clients to maintain project alignment
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions for schedule deviations
- Prepare detailed project documentation including reports, specifications, and change orders
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to prevent operational disruptions
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or construction management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinEst)
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of engineering standards and local building codes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work in fast-paced industrial environments
