Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve site-related issues.
- Perform regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain the high aesthetic and structural standards of the park.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, cost estimates, and technical drawings.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards (OHSAS) across all project sites.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, evaluating bids to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC License).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in construction project management or site supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Willingness to conduct site visits and work in Makati City and various park locations.
