Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee engineering projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, production, procurement, and quality assurance to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, engineering drawings, and project documentation for pressure vessels and road tankers.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for new projects and product enhancements.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements (e.g., ASME, DOSH).
- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management methodologies and manufacturing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, preferably within the pressure vessel, road tanker, or heavy fabrication industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and relevant design codes (e.g., ASME Section VIII, EN 13445).
- Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects successfully from conceptualization to commissioning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively coordinate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, DOSH Competent Person) is a significant advantage.
