Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with defined milestones and KPIs.
- Coordinate site activities and supervise subcontractors to maintain safety protocols and quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, project schedules, and budget status updates for senior management.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance and timely approvals.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Manage project procurement processes, including equipment specifications and material sourcing.
- Facilitate effective communication between engineering, construction, and operational teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the energy or power utility sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Current BEM registration or relevant professional certification is highly preferred.
