- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality
- Manage end-to-end project transfers from conception to implementation
- Execute engineering change orders (ECOs) with strict adherence to regulatory standards
- Provide real-time production support to resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to optimize workflows
- Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and resource allocation
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing project engineering
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong knowledge of engineering change management systems
- Experience with process optimization tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Proficient in CAD software and MS Project
