Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project execution for electrical manufacturing projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate effectively with design, procurement, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including project plans, specifications, and progress reports.
- Monitor project health, identify potential risks early, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to guarantee compliance with safety and design specifications.
- Ensure all project activities strictly adhere to relevant engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to communicate project status, updates, and technical details clearly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in project engineering within the electrical or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
