In this critical role, you will act as the technical bedrock of our project teams. Your expertise in creating precise engineering plans, performing complex structural calculations, and conducting meticulous site progress monitoring will directly influence the success and safety of our builds. You will ensure strict compliance with DPWH standards and the Philippine Building Code.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed engineering plans, technical specifications, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software.
- Perform rigorous structural load calculations and analysis to ensure safety and compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality control, and adherence to design specifications.
- Generate comprehensive project status reports, technical documentation, and progress billings.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to streamline workflows.
- Enforce strict adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and environmental regulations on site.
- Assist in cost estimation, budget tracking, and procurement of materials and equipment.
- Resolve technical discrepancies and construction challenges promptly to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3 years of solid experience as a Project Engineer in a construction firm.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) is an advantage but not required for exceptional candidates.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and Google Earth/Maps for site analysis.
- Deep understanding of construction methodologies, DPWH regulations, and the Philippine Building Code.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to be assigned full-time on-site in Las Pinas City, with occasional travel to other project sites as needed.
