Join Mecomb Singapore Ltd as a Project Engineer and drive excellence in healthcare infrastructure projects. We seek a dynamic professional to lead tender estimation processes, interpret complex hospital drawings, and analyze technical specifications and Bills of Quantities (BQ). This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver specialized medical facility projects on time and within budget. You'll ensure compliance with industry standards while maintaining strict quality control protocols. As a key project stakeholder, you'll coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to resolve technical challenges and optimize resource allocation. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze hospital tender drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities for accuracy and feasibility
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards throughout the lifecycle
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate site inspections and resolve technical issues proactively
- Maintain compliance with Singaporean healthcare facility regulations and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare facility projects
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and Bill of Quantities
- Strong knowledge of tender processes and contract administration
- Certification in project management (PMP or PRINCE2) preferred
- Experience with CAD software and project management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
