As our Project Engineer, you will be the linchpin of project execution, responsible for steering multifaceted engineering projects from initial concept through final handover. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for assigned engineering projects.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including design engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between EnChem and clients, ensuring clear communication and management of expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to enforce strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and engineering specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including technical reports, RFIs, change orders, and as-built drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in project procurement activities, including technical evaluation of bids and vendor selection.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer in an industrial or engineering solutions environment.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in process engineering, piping, or equipment installation is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and engineering design tools (AutoCAD).
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Professional Engineer (Ir) certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a distinct advantage.
