Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, design, and coordination of engineering projects across various disciplines.
- Prepare, review, and manage technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress, verify compliance with designs and safety standards, and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project communication and approvals.
- Participate in risk assessments, value engineering, and quality control initiatives.
- Prepare regular progress reports and technical presentations for project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices within the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from a recognized university.
- Professional Engineering (PE) status or actively working towards chartership / registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in project engineering within the construction, manufacturing, or oil & gas sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, design standards, and local building codes.
- Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
- Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project planning software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
