Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all engineering projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and Becton Dickinson's quality management systems.
- Conduct root cause analyses for production issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including project plans, specifications, and progress reports.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff to enhance technical skills and project management methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or a related technical role within the manufacturing or medical device industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate complex technical information clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
