Tanggung Jawab
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering and gas pipeline infrastructure projects
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean safety regulations and industry standards (BSI, ISO)
- Manage cross-functional teams including designers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project delays
- Oversee quality control processes and technical documentation
- Coordinate with environmental agencies for sustainability compliance
- Prepare progress reports and stakeholder communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gas pipeline or heavy civil engineering projects
- Professional certification (PMP, PE, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and safety regulations
- Experience with CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit)
