Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from planning to delivery
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and vendor partnerships
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation protocols
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
- Prepare progress reports and stakeholder communications
- Optimize engineering processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil/Marine Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering design principles and CAD tools
- Experience with budget management and cost control systems
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
