Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Review and interpret civil, structural, architectural, and M&E drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure design compliance.
- Monitor site progress, productivity, and quality standards against project milestones and KPIs.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, method statements, risk assessments, and project documentation.
- Enforce strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
- Manage material requisitions, procurement schedules, and inventory control to prevent project delays.
- Attend regular site meetings, coordinate with various trades, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Management, or a related discipline recognized by the PE Board.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in a main contracting or civil engineering firm in Singapore.
- Strong technical knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in Singapore.
- Proficient in construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, lead a team of site supervisors, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Possess a proactive attitude, a growth mindset, and a valid Singapore driving license (Class 3) is an advantage.
