Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects from conception through to completion.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed project schedules, progress reports, and budget estimates.
- Analyze technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in production workflows and implement effective engineering solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of project-specific technical components.
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance audits to ensure project milestones are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or project engineering environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and Microsoft Project.
- Strong technical aptitude with a proven track record of solving complex engineering problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across different departments.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and OSH regulations in Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
