Cleanroom Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and skilled Project Engineer to join our site operations team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will be the bridge between technical design and field execution, ensuring that our high-precision projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical compliance.
As our Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the daily oversight of site activities. You will work closely with sub-contractors, site teams, and stakeholders to translate blueprints into reality while upholding ISO and safety regulations. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical rigor required for cleanroom facility installation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site operational activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Supervise project work progress, ensuring full compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain strict adherence to ISO quality standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and internal teams to troubleshoot site issues and optimize project workflows.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, site documentation, and technical updates for project stakeholders.
- Monitor material usage and equipment deployment to ensure cost-efficiency and project timeline integrity.
- Facilitate effective communication between the engineering office and the field execution team.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project supervision, preferably within construction or industrial manufacturing environments.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and site safety protocols.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and technical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound on-site decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and sub-contractors.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within the Johor Bahru region.
