Are you a detail-oriented engineering professional looking to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic environment? HOEM is currently seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our growing team in Tampoi, Johor. In this position, you will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality engineering projects, ensuring they meet stringent safety and quality standards.
As a Project Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, bridging the gap between technical execution and management goals. You will oversee site activities, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that every project milestone is achieved efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from the initial concept through to final delivery.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure adherence to planned timelines and financial constraints.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, engineering codes, and quality assurance protocols.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, technical documentation, and status updates for management.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Structural preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in project engineering or a related industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and CAD applications.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid engineering license (if applicable) and working knowledge of Malaysian construction/building codes.
