Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform technical data analysis and site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to streamline workflows.
- Draft detailed project documentation, progress reports, and technical manuals.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain operational continuity.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor measurement and verification processes to validate project performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project engineering or relevant site-based roles.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
