Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects from conceptualization to final commissioning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, procurement, and field technicians, to ensure project timelines are met.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including project schedules, progress reports, and budget estimates.
- Conduct site visits and supervise installation and testing activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during project implementation and provide proactive solutions to prevent bottlenecks.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local safety regulations and international quality standards.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and clients to provide updates on project status and milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in project engineering, preferably within fluid controls, water treatment, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
