As a Project Engineer, you will serve as a critical link between technical design and field execution. You will monitor project progress, analyze performance metrics against strategic plans, and proactively mitigate risks to keep our high-stakes railway projects moving forward. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track project progress against the established project master plan.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve engineering design conflicts.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all project activities comply with Hitachi Rail's safety and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and change requests.
- Participate in site visits to verify progress and address on-site technical challenges.
- Support the Project Manager in budget tracking and resource allocation planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within infrastructure, rail, or heavy industry sectors.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of international engineering standards and local regulatory requirements.
