Bisma Aero Sejahtera is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Karawang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless completion of all commercial and legal tasks, ensuring that every project milestone is achieved within strict deadlines, cost constraints, and quality requirements. We are seeking a professional who can effectively manage the complexities of system projects while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence.
As a Project Engineer at Bisma Aero Sejahtera, you will act as the bridge between technical engineering teams and commercial stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in steering the project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, ensuring that all deliverables align with organizational goals. You will oversee documentation, contract management, and regulatory compliance, playing a key role in driving the success of our system projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of system projects.
- Oversee commercial and legal documentation to ensure full compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial targets are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace preferred).
- Proven experience in managing system projects, with a focus on commercial and legal aspects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office Suite, and relevant engineering software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
