Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of assigned engineering projects to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate actively with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors to align project goals.
- Prepare and submit detailed technical reports, including daily and weekly progress updates.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and engineering specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and manage project schedules to meet deadlines.
- Liaise with stakeholders to address technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Ensure all work is performed with a high level of responsibility and professional integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in project engineering or construction management.
- Strong ability to create clear, professional reports and technical documentation.
- Proficient in using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Valid driving license is preferred for frequent site travel.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
