Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end site execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Lead coordination efforts between consultants, contractors, and internal departments to resolve design conflicts.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, technical submittals, and site meeting minutes.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure milestones are met and resources are optimized.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and equipment in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide effective solutions to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in project engineering or construction management within Singapore.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and project management tools (MS Project or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, safety standards (WSH), and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of adaptability to changing site conditions.
