Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed construction work plans, schedules, and project milestones.
- Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to ensure project alignment.
- Track project progress against timelines, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project activities comply with local safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management, highlighting key deliverables and resource allocation.
- Manage technical documentation and ensure that all design changes are accurately recorded and updated.
- Participate in site meetings to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth project execution from mobilization to completion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the oil, gas, or construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and site construction methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a site-based environment.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., OGSP) is highly preferred.
