HG III Construction And Development Corporation is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to lead our infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of project execution, ranging from initial site assessments to the final phases of road pavement and backfilling. You will serve as the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring that all technical specifications are met and that the construction schedule remains on track. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily on-site construction activities related to Road Dike Construction.
- Supervise the installation and quality control of steel sheet piling and related earthworks.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and laborers to ensure backfilling and road pavement tasks are completed efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and engineering specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues or delays immediately.
- Manage project documentation, including blueprints, permits, and as-built records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in civil construction, specifically in road and dike projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of steel sheet piling, backfilling, and road pavement techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid Professional Civil Engineer (PCE) or Professional Engineer (PE) license is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor construction environments.
