Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for data centre construction including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (civil, electrical, mechanical) to ensure alignment with project specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to maintain compliance with industry standards
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for specialized data centre equipment
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve technical challenges during project execution
- Generate comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainable construction practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale construction projects with 2+ years in data centre environments
- Professional certification (PMP, PE, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and BIM tools
- Demonstrated knowledge of MEP systems, power distribution, and cooling infrastructure for data centres
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and client reporting
- Experience with Malaysian construction regulations and safety protocols
