Equip is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our growing team in Bukit Merah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and supervision of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the bridge between technical teams, contractors, and clients, facilitating smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and execute engineering projects from initiation to final delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to identify and mitigate risks.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.
- Ensure all engineering work adheres to strict safety protocols, quality assurance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare comprehensive progress reports for management.
- Resolve technical issues and facilitate effective communication between internal departments and external partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in project engineering or project management.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and CAD tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in Singapore.
