Are you a detail-oriented engineering professional with a passion for excellence in project management? Jaens Spa Ubud is looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to join our expanding team in the heart of Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the technical success of our facility development projects. You will bridge the gap between creative design and structural execution, ensuring that every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
As a Project Engineer at Jaens Spa, you will be responsible for technical reviews, process optimization, and ensuring that our physical infrastructure reflects the high-quality standards of our brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical reviews and ensure accuracy in all Shop Drawings before execution.
- Develop and implement efficient work methods to streamline project timelines.
- Apply Value Engineering principles to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Coordinate closely with contractors and internal stakeholders to monitor field progress.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the construction or renovation lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and progress documentation for management.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar capacity.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.
- Deep understanding of Value Engineering and construction methodology.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to be based in Gianyar/Ubud, Bali.
