Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Analyze blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and site resources to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and field teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and building codes.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, budget tracking updates, and site documentation for management review.
- Identify potential engineering challenges early and implement effective, cost-efficient solutions.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols (HSE) on-site to ensure a zero-accident environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in construction project management or field engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse site teams.
- A deep understanding of Philippine construction standards and local safety regulations.
