You'll be pivotal in planning, scheduling, and overseeing all project phases while ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. This role demands a proactive leader who can coordinate on-site activities, conduct thorough design reviews, mentor cross-functional teams, and enforce rigorous QA/QC protocols. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations in Sumatera Utara's thriving industrial landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for TMF implementations
- Coordinate on-site activities and resources across multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct technical design reviews and ensure compliance with specifications
- Enforce strict QA/QC standards throughout project lifecycle
- Lead safety compliance initiatives and risk mitigation protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff on best practices
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of project engineering experience in industrial/construction
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Certification in PMP or similar project management methodology preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in Sumatera Utara with occasional travel to project sites
