Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, from initial concept to final handover.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, suppliers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress against strict timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, progress reports, and project specifications.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates and address technical inquiries effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project engineering or a related role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and AutoCAD.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
