Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and compliance verification
- Prepare detailed project documentation including progress reports, technical drawings, and budgets
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve engineering challenges proactively
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and local regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project)
- PRC license as a Civil Engineer
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
