Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Prepare engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical issues
- Support project closure activities including documentation and handovers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical or related field)
- Recent graduate with less than 1 year of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices
