Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end management of civil and structural projects within oil and gas facilities.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and engineering specifications.
- Analyze technical designs and propose optimizations to reduce costs and improve project durability.
- Manage project documentation, including technical reports, progress summaries, and compliance filings.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and site management to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Solid understanding of international industry standards and Indonesian safety regulations (K3).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to site management.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
