- Review and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency and cost control
- Develop and implement detailed project schedules, setting clear milestones and deadlines
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to align project objectives
- Manage technical drawings, specifications, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and equipment
- Supervise testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems meet quality and performance standards
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in automation or industrial engineering
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Proficiency in technical drawing software and project management tools
- Experience in procurement processes and supply chain management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
