Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end facility projects including planning, execution, and closure
- Oversee utility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) for optimal performance
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Implement safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct facility inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Document project progress and prepare comprehensive reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years in project management or facility operations
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with contractor management and procurement processes
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid engineering license/certification (if applicable)
