Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning and implementation of engineering projects within designated timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
- Prepare detailed project schedules, technical documentation, and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor site activities to ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance evaluations to identify and mitigate potential technical bottlenecks.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and manage inventory to prevent project delays.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineering staff and sub-contractors on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PRC license) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in project engineering or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills under high-pressure environments.
- Ability to work full-time based in Taytay, Rizal.
