Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, organize, and monitor comprehensive engineering project plans, timelines, and budgets from initiation to final completion.
- Supervise on-site construction, maintenance, and equipment installations across Chooks-to-Go retail and production facilities in the Bacolod region.
- Liaise and negotiate with external contractors, suppliers, and municipal authorities to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
- Generate detailed project updates, cost estimates, structural assessments, and resource allocation reports for management review.
- Enforce rigorous safety policies and environmental regulations across all assigned job sites to maintain accident-free environments.
- Resolve emergent engineering, design, and structural issues efficiently to prevent project downtime.
- Acquire necessary building permits and operational clearances from relevant local government units (LGUs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; a registered Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of solid experience in on-site construction management, project engineering, or industrial plant setups.
- In-depth familiarity with project management practices, structural safety guidelines, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in drafting and project tracking software, specifically AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven competence in managing and motivating diverse construction crews.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination and reporting.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across project sites in Negros Occidental.
